About ECTS

ECTS is a great way to organize information on your customers' cartridges when monitoring service calls and scheduling cartridge changes.

This tool was designed especially for our valued EWA dealers and distributors. It allows users to record a date for a cartridge installation and enter in a service cycle you determine applicable to the specific location. ECTS takes this data and stores it within the secured site. All the information you enter is protected and can only be viewed by you.

Then, when you are ready you can view current cartridge tracking details and generate lists alerting you to which customers need cartridge changes now, so you never miss an opportunity to offer great service.
