ECTS Makes it Easy for Dealers to Track
Cartridge Replacement Schedules
HANOVER PARK, ILLINOIS (May 21, 2005)
— Everpure is pleased to announce
a new tool designed to track customers’
cartridges, so opportunities to change a
cartridge are never missed. The Everpure
Cartridge Tracking System (ECTS) saves dealers
administrative time by figuring the logistics
of when to deliver and install replacement
cartridges, leaving more time for more profitable
sales and service calls.
The system is accessible through the Everpure
AUTH2ORITY link at www.everpure.com, and
it requires no special computer or database
skills. What’s more, it’s expandable
for an unlimited number of customers and
totally secure.
Users need to register for ECTS by completing
an online signup form. Once granted access
to the system dealers can begin inputting
their customer information. For each customer
such categories as company name, customer/account
number, address, phone, fax, email and key
contact, plus billing data, water attributes,
notification preference (email or postcard)
and any other special information can be
entered. As the database grows the customer
information is sortable and fully editable
at any time.
Once customer information is in the system,
specific cartridge information, including
model, install date and service cycle (in
months) for each cartridge in service can
be entered. As customers change or add equipment,
you can easily keep track by adding/deleting
your entry for cartridges in use. Then,
30 days before the scheduled replacement
date of each cartridge entered for each
customer, the system automatically generates
and distributes an email informing your
customer it’s time for replacement.
Or, at any time a list of users in need
of a cartridge change can be generated to
complete a postcard mailing.
The online system shows status and next
service date for every cartridge in service
for all customers, selectable by any of
a half dozen criteria. Data can be called
up and sorted by expiration date, customer,
cartridge type - whatever criteria selected.
In moments the status of every customer,
every cartridge, can be check at any time.
