Everpure Announces Comprehensive
Online Training
Provides Technicians Access to Training
Anytime, on Many Subjects
HANOVER PARK, ILLINOIS (May 21, 2005)
— Everpure is pleased to announce
that its entire Everpure AUTH2ORITY Training
program is now available online! This allows
technicians to educate themselves at there
own pace, while focusing on the applications
they choose to learn more about.
The online training includes five basic
service training modules: coffee & espresso,
steam & warewashing, ice, fountain,
and basic water knowledge – plus Everpure’s
P.R.O.T.E.C. people skills and problem-resolution
training. Each module requires approximately
an hour to complete and includes an interactive
quiz at the conclusion of the module to
ensure trainees understand the content.
The new online training also includes a
new, one-hour training module on Customer
Education Skills which builds on the P.R.O.T.E.C.
training with more advanced skills for customer
management. This new module has been developed
specifically for the web, and its web-based
interface delivers content in an interactive,
fun environment.
The modules are accessible through the
Everpure AUTH2ORITY link at www.everpure.com.
Users need to register to be allowed access
into the training.
Everpure hopes the online format enables
technicians to fit the training modules
easily into their schedules. The goal is
to give more flexibility to technicians
resulting in less downtime than having to
bring people together for a full day seminar.
The online system requires users to log
in and automatically tracks who takes and
completes each module. It even has a system
for printing out the user’s diploma
when the training is successfully completed.
