Total H20 Everpure, Inc., Introduces Total Water Management Process
That Meets Foodservice Water Applications From A to Z
HANOVER PARK, ILLINOIS (September 1, 2004) - Clean, fresh-tasting water delivers a quality customer experience, yet it takes only one bad dining experience to drive customers away. That's why Everpure, Inc., a leader in water management solutions, is taking quality and customer service to the next level with Total H2O Management, a new process designed to ensure safer, consistent water for every foodservice application from A to Z.
"The quality of your water has a tremendous impact on your business," says Peter Gorr, director of marketing, Everpure. "Total H2O Management provides commercial and noncommercial operators with a single source for the total scope of water treatment technologies and support services, from filtration to softening, and from product installation to on-site water quality monitoring."
Better Water From A to Z
Everpure pulls together all the resources that operators need to make their water better. Teams of scientists, engineers and field professionals including WQA-Certified Water Quality Specialists and NAFEM-Certified Food Service Professionals provide customer service and support using a three-step process that includes needs analysis, situation assessment and a water quality improvement plan.
Needs Analysis - Identifying the Water Improvement Opportunity
The process starts with a Total H20 Site Survey in which field representatives listen to the operator's needs. This includes a complete analysis of everything that impacts the water in a particular location, including the condition and chemistry of the water; consumption, overall and by individual equipment; a complete equipment inventory by make and model; current level of service and maintenance; evaluation of on-site staff's water filtration and treatment knowledge; and confirmation of the operator's business goals and the role that water management plays in meeting those goals.
Since no two locations, operations or improvement opportunities are the same, Everpure provides a customized report that establishes a baseline of information to measure improvements in quality, cost containment and overall program efficiency.
Situation Assessment - Prescribing the Solution
Before a recommendation is provided for water quality improvement, Everpure evaluates the information from the needs analysis against the facility's optimal situation. To determine if a gap exists, field representatives evaluate the needs analysis results against established water quality standards and provide recommendations. For more complex situations where severe water conditions exist or application challenges are present, Everpure's Application Engineering Department will assist.
Water Quality Improvement - Administering Treatment
The final step in the H20 Management program is implementing the improvement plan. Everpure makes sure installation of approved equipment is completed, whether the plan involves point-of-entry or point-of-use equipment or involves some other form of water treatment or conditioning.
For example, if softening is required, Everpure offers a complete family of commercial water softening systems that can eliminate the costly effects of hard water. Systems are available with up to 600,000 grains that can help reduce soap consumption, reduce equipment maintenance and prevent scale build-up to make equipment run more efficiently.
Customer service is built-in throughout the Total H20 Management process. Whether the operator requires preventative equipment maintenance, basic training for local managers or even obtaining maintenance service directly, the program is designed to keep systems up and running. Ongoing support is offered through the Everpure Service Network for service, troubleshooting or equipment repair.
Totally Immersed in Your Business
"Everpure is passionate about water quality, and the Total H20 Management process reflects that passion," Gorr says. "With a team of experts totally immersed in our customers' businesses, and more than 70 active and pending patents in the water industry, our customers can be assured they're working in partnership with water industry innovators."
